My subscription was supposed to be cancelled but $134.56 was taken from my account unauthorized when it was already cancelled

I got my issue resolved with the company. The representative was professional and helpful with my needs.

I was able to cancel my subscription no questions asked. I really appreciated the representative not paying into my personal life as to why I was canceling my subscription.

The article written about Charlie Kirk was so slanted to the left political stance and was full of statements taken out of context and untruthful . Shame on you

I didn't order the magazine but continue to receive it. Can you explain why, please?

I never received an answer to my question. I receive info to get 25 issues for $50.

I asked if I can get 1 year for $39. I received that offer last year and would like to subscribe if I can get that rate again.

Its simple. I did not get my September 1 issue of People magazine and I could not find an easy way to contact their customer service to inform them!

No one has contacted me about the picture yet hope to speak with someone soon

I didn't receive People Magazine issues dated July 21 and 28. I did receive August 5. I put in a complaint to the post office, but they recommended I also contact you.

My People subscription has been missing every other week or longer.It used to be on time and I have been getting it for years.

I have not received 6 issues. I cant speak to anyone about it.

The automated system says they will extend my subscription. The date on the label still says 2/26 . It has not been extended. I paid over 125.00 for the subscription.

I feel I should receive each one.

I have been a lifelong subscriber to People Magazine and have not received the last six issues. Im paid up through April of 2026. Please send me the missed copies and also the current ones Im not sure why this has stopped.

Magazines were complimentary for Southern Living subscribers. I am not interested and you graciously stopped the issues!

I haven't received my paper issue of People magazine for the past 2 weeks in the month of July. Please advise.
