My People subscription was switched from a hard copy to a digital copy. I have no means to read a magazine online.

Your website and customer service SUCKS

I try to send an email and it required that I verify my email however when I try to do that it would not send. wasted a lot of time dealing with this *** over a stupid magazine and got no help whatsoever. Plan to cancel my subscription. You just got another pissed customer

Changing to digital only

This does not seem possible that you are having inventory problems, I see that I am not the only one not happy with your idea of going digital only that is something that I will not do, If I can not have the paper copy I don't want to continue this magazine. customer account 190712****

Disappointed

I received notice that my print addition is being suspended due to limitations on inventory availability. I am highly disappointed and reading the magazine online is not the same experience as having the copy in my hand. I will not be renewing

Change in subscription

I just received a notice that I will no longer be receiving a paper copy of your magazine but can switch to a digital subscription. I purchased a paper version subscription and am not interested in a digital version. I have always enjoyed the crossword puzzle and do not care to have to print it out. I would like to cancel the remainder of my subscription as I am not receiving the product that I contracted to buy. Please advise as to how to process this. Sincerely, Lynette Roy
