To whom it may concern:
I am Dominick J Paolillo, Jr, identified as Customer's email address: djp4@***.edu, Case id: 4833****.
Earlier I wrote as follows :
I wrote checks for 1 yr subscriptions on 8-12-21 and on 10-5-21, but my
subscription has been extended only to 1-23.
I should get credit for another year, no?
The original expiration date was probably in 1-22, so the new date
should be in January of 2024.
Katria (People Customer Service, PPLcustserv@***.com) replied as follows:
We are unable to locate your other payment.
If your records indicate you have paid, please forward a copy of the
front and back of your canceled check/money order or credit card
statement to the address below or send a fax to Internet Services Attn:
Katria at 515-433-****.
You are no doubt aware that banks do not typically return canceled checks.
Therefore, I have provided copies of my records that verify the writing and cashing of the two checks via scans of (1) the carbon copies in my check book, (2) entries in the check book log, and (3) bank statements verifying that the checks were cashed.
I have inserted stars on the printout to identify the entries that apply to the two checks, #368 and #382.
Please extend my expiration date for People Magazine for an additional year.

User's recommendation: Pay close attention to your records because the policy seems to be to send multiple notices for renewals,
