I have not received 6 issues. I cant speak to anyone about it.

The automated system says they will extend my subscription. The date on the label still says 2/26 . It has not been extended. I paid over 125.00 for the subscription.

I feel I should receive each one.

Please help resolve the situation. Thank you

Where on earth is the phone number to call about a paper subscription and not online

Once I got to a person
, she was helpful. It is extremely difficult to find the right People Magazine to speak to.

Also, in the past I put a hold on for my winter vacation and also said when to begin again.

This didnt happen and now Im told that I have to call to start up again. very annoying

Tried to renew my subscription for $67.00 as the bill said that I received in the mail and they very rudely distrustful charged me $116.00 and the never sent me a confirmation message at all. My husband noticed through our Bank Account what they did. We are totally disappointed

He told me my subscription had been changed to internet! I wasn’t notified by People to ok this and I wouldn’t have. Now I have to wait over a month to get my paper magazine. This is very annoying as I can’t read my magazine on my phone !I should have those copies added to my subscription since you stopped me from reading it for all these upcoming weeks. A very unprofessional action and right now I don’t know if I’ll renew next year. It shouldn’t take so long to resume my magazines since it was switched in a week. I would think you could do much better.,I love People & I look forward to it every week, as it brightens my day but it seems no one is thinking about the older generation!

First of all the person was a foreigner, could care less, didn’t speak my language, and didn’t ask me any questions which is typical of them. The call was a total failure. I asked for back copies, the answer was no. She said I would get six additional credits extending my subscription to October 2025-twice I asked was that the beginning of October or the end when she mumbled some answer to which I still don’t know. In essence, I had to pull the information out of her. I will not be renewing. And furthermore why do you hire foreigners? They are the least informative, most rude, and I just can’t take it-to fight asking for help and support then being treated as if I am not entitled to anything. Go figure… and they get paid for that? Wow that’s fun!
