I have paid you 2x and never received a magazine
I paid for the subscription and never received one issue. I wrote to People with a copy of my cancelled check attached and again no answer
I sent you a letter on 5/19/25 and also on 4/24/25 showing 1 check that I sent you, and it has been cashed. I have called you several times with no response.

Be careful with People Magazins
I have been asking for months about back issues that I never received! They kept saying they would extend my subscription!
I specifically wanted the April 2026 issue of Billy Joel! I am an avid fan; I never got it and still want the April magazine!
I just renewed my subscription, but if I don't get those back issues, I will be canceling all of my subscriptions along with all of my family's issues! Thank you, Sandi Moreno, R.N., C.R.N.

I find this magazine prejudiced.
Never see our President are our first Lady on the cover. Now today AGAIN I have to look at Michelle Obama.
Charlie Kirk is murdered and you put Liz Taylor on the cover and him a small spot in the top left corner. So sad I will not renew ever again.

Online emails
While I enjoy reading news about all sorts of happenings, I don't however enjoy reading about how lowsy People magazine thinks our current president is!! JUST STOP IT!!
Have a little respect for the office. Its annoying

Have not received magazines
I have not received any magazines in months. My subscription ends August 2026. I would appreciate your looking into this problem.

Nobody helped me
Tried over 10 times to call customer service and the calls went unanswered. I am a loyal customer and I could not get any help. So disappointed

The world is mourning Charlie Kirk's death, and People Magazine comes out with Priscilla Presley on the cover. Why!!! I have been a many-year subscriber to People Magazine, but no longer!

Online pricing for annual subscription advertised for $84!
Called and complained that long-time auto pay subscribers are being screwed! They agreed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Started receiving magazine and received invoice for special order amount, as desired. Don't be afraid to call company and discuss issue.
Every year, I mail the card to renew. This year, I mailed the card but did not receive an invoice or the magazines. I received a second offer card and sent it in, with the same non-results. I called People Customer Service, and all they would tell me was that the account was cancelled on June 9, 2025.
I told the service rep that we never cancelled the subscription and just kept repeating that it had been cancelled.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she said she would transfer me. After being on hold for another 20 minutes, I had to hang up to go to another appointment.

Have not gotten any magazines
I ordered people at the end of September. Your company cashed my check over 2 weeks ago, and I have not received the magazine yet.
