Weekly magazine but they do not always print weekly issues
People is a weekly magazine. However, they can decide not to print a magazine issue if they choose.
For instance, because I am expecting my next People issue to be the April 1st, 2024 issue I called their customer service number to find out why I haven't received it. There is a recording stating that they did not publish an April 1st issue. No explanation as to why not.
This is perplexing because I like other customers have agreed to and have paid for a weekly subscription.
But it is not being fulfilled as agreed to in my opinion. And People has not even bothered to mention if my subscription will be extended for an additional week or if I will be receiving a credit for not receiving a magazine on April 1st.

No crossword puzzle in issue
I have been getting people for many years. Just got my recent issue delivered and the crossword puzzle has been omitted in this issue.
I hope this is not something new because I might have to reevaluate my subscription.
The crossword puzzle is the first thing I do when I receive it in the mail. I can't believe you have deleted it from the magazine. I am very angry and hope they it will be in the next issue next week. I must have missed the part about it being deleted in this issue.
Unless you didn't bother to announce it. I will go back to last week and look.
Delete the Second look. I also hate the food recipes.
If I wanted recipes I would subscribe to a food magazine. Thank you

My two paid subscriptions
Hello. My name is Annie Struble and my PPL number is: 103476****.
I received a SECOND NOTICE to pay my 2 subscriptions with People Magazine on 2/25/2024.
My 2 subscriptions for 2024 have already been paid.
On 1/30/2024, my check number 3707, in the amount of $260.00 was paid and mailed to your company.
On 2/15/2024 your company cashed and deposited my paid amount of $260.00, therefore you already have my money and my two subscriptions should already be paid for in total! I will be forwarding copies to your offices, for your review!
I need you to reply and let me know that my 2 subscriptions will be delivered. The first one is to: Annie Struble (myself) at 11610 E. Echo Circle, Derby, Kansas, 67037 AND the 2nd Subscription will be delivered to: Nick Kitch, 232 South Evergreen Court, Wichita, Kansas, 67209.

I buy mine regularly at the newsstand and never thought to check IF there was a crossword puzzle! WTF People!

Matters got worse when bad staple made magazine fall apart! This is all the reason I need to cancel my subscription.
